- 7:50 Plenty of sleep and physical activities. Be very careful with alcohol, abuse of alcohol to forget
- 9:00 Mistake to think that no one can help, that problems will resolve themselves
- 10:20 Not a psychological illness but a normal organic eaction to uncommon stress
- 12:15 Seek professional help from a priest, psychologist, etc.
- 12:54 Don't pressure a war veteran to talk about their experience, don't judge them. Important to tell war veterans that they are loved, are cared for
- 14:09 Alcohol abuse, emotional distancing, irresponsible behaviour, etc.
